General Partner/Funding Manager
John has been involved in the leasing business since 1992. As an attorney, he is familiar with legal verbiage, writing of lease documents. He was a founder of a firm that leased equipment to Fortune 500 companies throughout U.S., Canada and Mexico. This prior company serviced GM as a Tier 1 vendor for over 10 years for their US, Mexico and Canadian plants and still maintains a residual position with actively used equipment. The launching of LakeView Leasing is an extension of years of experience in the industry.
General Partner/Sales Manager
Gavin has been involved in leasing since the inception of LakeView and has completed the National Association of Equipment Leasing Brokers Education Series course. He is also, a business major, with a desire to work with companies large and small to solve their equipment needs. Gavin will be the company's point person at NAELB and NMSDC events, other conferences and trade shows. He also is lead website designer for LakeView Leasing's website keeping it up to date and always changing.
LakeView Leasing has started to grow since its early beginnings from late 2008. Getting our name out there as an accomplished and aggressive company is one of our many goals. We are involved in local economics; Bemidji Chamber of Commerce; helping local agriculture and businesses remain working in these hard economic times. We also focus our services in all of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin but not only the Mid-West. Serving on a National basis we invite every working business to call on us with any of their needs. We are working to get involved, and work with, Fortune 1000 companies Nationwide.
