Development Agencies

We have been working with development agencies trying to match the loan capabilities they offer to complete the financing for their clients.  When your local development agency has done all they can to provide the business with a loan and that amount does not cover the business's needs, we come in the picture.  We can provide the financing for working capital and the lease financing for the business's equipment to complete the funding that the agency might not be able to.  Example:

Municipal Leases

Our Municipal government and non-profit leasing programs are flexible to meet the special needs of tax exempt entities.  We have experience with the unique financing needs that these types of organizations require.  Let us help you determine the right financing fit for your organization.

Municipal lease advantages:

 

 

 

 

 

  • Flexible Terms:  Payments can be made on a monthly, quarterly or semi-annual basis.  Payments can be structured to match anticipated revenues and/or fees.

 

 

 

 

 

  • Low Interest Rates:  When structured as a tax exempt lease and sold to non-bank entities the rate can be less because of arbitrage differences between the two.
  • No residual or balloon payments at the end of lease:  The equipment once fully paid after the term (three-six) years depending on the equipment is owned by the government.
  • Specialized Structures:  Structures can be made to coincide with appropriations where the municipality can end the lease for stated reasons.  Structures may be able to include a payment deferment option depending on situation.

Federal Government

Federal government agency needs are special because this form of government procurement requires the Lessor to understand and be able to deal with GSA and Open Market terms.  We will work with the agency to determine what criteria are best suited to the need such as 1.) Leasing the property and owning it at the end of the lease term 2.) Leasing with an option to purchase release or return at the end of the lease term or 3.) Straight lease or rental with an option to renew.

Tribal Government

 Tribal government leasing options are provided on the same basis as other governments due to IRS treatment for eligible uses. We have experience in assisting tribal governments obtain financing at competitive terms and fully requesting issues of tribal sovereignty.  Our principals have been ground breaking in this form of financing.
